When you click a call-to-action on the Site (such as "Check My Zip Code" or "Get Free Quotes"), you will be redirected to a third-party website operated by one of our trusted marketing and distribution partners (each a "Marketing Partner"). Any submission you make on a Marketing Partner's website is made directly to that Marketing Partner, which then matches your request with one or more independent local contractors. We are not a contractor. We do not perform home improvement work, sell home improvement products, and we do not employ, supervise, guarantee, or control any Marketing Partner or contractor.
2. Eligibility
To use the Site, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Additional eligibility requirements may apply when you submit information to a Marketing Partner (for example, owning the property for which you are requesting quotes). Those requirements are set by the Marketing Partner.
3. Interactions with Marketing Partners
When you click a call-to-action on the Site and are taken to a Marketing Partner's website, your use of that website — including any information you submit, any consent you give to be contacted by phone, SMS, or email, and any agreement to the Marketing Partner's terms or privacy policy — is solely between you and that Marketing Partner. Vetted Home Pros does not collect, receive, or store your personal contact information or your consent to be contacted, and does not contact you by phone, SMS, or email. You should review the Marketing Partner's terms and privacy policy before submitting your information.
4. Accuracy of Information
If you choose to submit information on a Marketing Partner's website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false information may result in your request being denied, rejected by contractors, or referred to the appropriate authorities.
5. Your Relationship with Contractors
Any quote, contract, agreement, work, or transaction between you and a contractor (or between you and any marketing or distribution partner) is solely between you and that party. Vetted Home Pros is not a party to any such agreement and is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or price of any contractor's products or services
- Any contractor's or partner's performance, licensure, insurance status, or conduct
- Any dispute, damage, loss, or injury arising from your interactions with a contractor or partner
We recommend you independently verify any contractor's credentials, licensure, insurance, and reviews before hiring.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm any person
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, design) is owned by Vetted Home Pros or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETTED HOME PROS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR ANY CONTRACTOR INTERACTION, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
